In August, the Department welcomed two new distinguished faculty: Ivana Petrovic, Hugh H. Obear Professor of Classics and Andrej Petrovic, Professor of Classics.  They join us from Durham University, UK.  Both specialize in Greek religion and literature.  Ivana Petrovic also specializes in Callimachus and Greek epigram, while Andrej Petrovic also works on Greek epigram and Greek literary and cultural history.  See their full profiles under Faculty.
