"GET YOUR GOAT!" is a new staging of Vergil's third Eclogue, translated and directed by Mark Lundy (Classics '16). Two shepherds meet in a field and get into an argument about who is more manly. They decide to settle it the only way they know how: an impromptu poetry contest! The performance will be held in the U.Va. Chapel on Friday, February 26, at 8:00 pm [note time change]. One night only. Classics students and faculty are encouraged to attend! The performance is about 10 minutes long, and is followed by a staged reading of Monica Byrne's What Every Girl Should Know, directed by Nora Zahn.  Presented through Shakespeare on the Lawn. Free admission.
