The Colker & Powell Bicentennial Fellowship Fund in Classics was established by Vernon M. Powell, Jr. (BA 1970, MA 1972) in honor of Marvin L. Colker, a longtime professor in the Department of Classics (1953-1998). This fund will provide fellowships to graduate students in the Department of Classics. The Department is very grateful to Mr. Powell for this wonderful gift.
